NOTICE TO APPLICANT
IN ACCORDANCE WITH EQUAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITY ACT (ECOA):

as a basis for repaying this obligation. Income
from these sources as well as from any other source, including part-time or
temporary employment will not be discounted by the lender, because of your sex
or marital status; however, the lender will consider carefully the stability and
probable continuity of all income you disclose.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS INSTITUTION’S POLICY:
1) The
applicant(s) shall keep lender informed of any change that may occur in the
applicant(s) additional financial obligation and/or employment status.
2) Applicant(s)
is aware that the signing of the application form and/or any related documents
in connection with the application for an FHA or VA loan does not constitute a
commitment on the Lenders part to grant a loan.
3) Applicant(s)
is aware that the signing of any application or related documents in connection
with applicant(s) request for a conventional loan under no circumstances
constitutes a firm commitment or contract between applicant(s) and Lender to
grant this loan. Applicant is also
aware that the terms and conditions may be changed at any time prior to loan
approval from Lender and shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from
date of approval.
4) Applicant(s)
is aware that should an FHA or VA loan be made, the maximum interest rate
permissible under the FHA or VA regulations at the time the loan is closed will
prevail, but in no event shall be less than the now current rate.
