As direct lenders, we take your application make the decisions and fund the loans all in house. This allows us to act quickly, averaging a mere 2 weeks to closing. We lend on all types of properties: commercial, residential, agricultural. We even have a special 3 phase funding program for construction loans which saves our builders interest.
